🔄 Auction Rules & Changes

• Rules may change at any time, even per item, until an auction ends.
• OFFICIAL MEMORABILIA can update auction terms and listings without prior notice.

👤 Who Can Bid

• You must be 18 years or older to bid.

📝 Registration & Bidding

• You must create, verify, and log in to an OFFICIAL MEMORABILIA account to place a bid.
• All bids are final and cannot be retracted.
• Bids follow set increments (e.g., $25, $50, $100).

💰 Types of Bids

Maximum Bid (Proxy Bid)

• Set the highest amount you're willing to bid.
• The system bids for you automatically in increments until your limit is reached.
• You can increase but not decrease your maximum bid.

Bully Bid

• A one-time, strong bid that becomes the new leading bid if it's higher than others.
• Example: If current bid is $200 and you submit $500 as a Bully Bid, it becomes the new leading bid.

🛑 Auction Closing & Winning

• Auctions close at the scheduled time or shortly after the last bid (anti-sniping feature).
• OFFICIAL MEMORABILIA can adjust closing times.
• Highest bid at close wins.
• If the winning bidder's payment fails, the item may go to the next highest bidder.

💳 Payments

• You must provide a valid credit card before bidding.
• Winning bids are charged at the end of the auction.
• You agree to keep your payment info up to date and authorise OFFICIAL MEMORABILIA to charge it.
• Payments may be verified with a temporary charge (e.g., $4) that is removed once validated.
• If payment fails, your bid may be cancelled or passed to another bidder.

$ Buyer’s Premium & Shipping

• A Buyer’s Premium (5%, 10%, 15%, or more) may apply—check each auction listing.
• Shipping costs are added at checkout.
• No combined shipping—each item ships separately.

❌ Refunds, Cancellations & Gift Cards

• No refunds or exchanges unless an item is unavailable from the auction partner.
• If cancellation is approved, the Buyer’s Premium may still apply.
• Gift cards cannot be used for auctions.

🚫 Prohibited Activities

• No collusion or communication between bidders to manipulate prices.
• No spam or unsolicited emails to users.
• You must follow all applicable laws.

📦 Orders & Delivery

• You must provide a correct delivery address.
• Signature on delivery is required for all auction orders, and if cannot be supplied will be dropped at the closest post office for collection.
• OFFICIAL MEMORABILIA is not responsible for loss or damage after delivery to your address.

🔐 Retained Payment Info Consent

• If you register a payment method, you consent to OFFICIAL MEMORABILIA storing it for future use.
• They may charge your stored payment method for future auction purchases unless you update it.
• You can update your stored payment info anytime.
• Your password acts as your digital signature when using stored payment methods.

🛡 Indemnification

• You agree to defend and hold OFFICIAL MEMORABILIA and its team harmless from any claims or costs that result from:
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your misuse of the site
  • Activity from your account, including by others using it
